That is the title of our book and is at the core of our program.

When you join our community you will become part of something bigger than you and that support system will help you achieve your goals.

This community is going to help you when your motivation starts to slip or if you are feeling stressed out of your mind and want to drown your sorrows in a pint of Ben and Jerry’s. Don’t be surprised if you get an email from Dr Fitness if he sees that you haven’t logged in lately. The Fat Guy might even call you during our show to celebrate one of your successes.
